Surana & Maiya operates in strict compliance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), and all other relevant real estate laws and regulations applicable in Himachal Pradesh, India. All projects are or will be registered with the Himachal Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HP RERA) as required. Buyers are encouraged to review the RERA registration details of specific projects.
While Surana & Maiya commits to delivering projects as per the approved plans and specifications, minor modifications, alterations, or changes may occur during the course of construction or development due to unforeseen circumstances, regulatory requirements, or design optimizations. Any significant changes will be communicated to the buyers as per RERA guidelines and the terms of the Sale Agreement.
